In this new update, we have incorporated <strong>new tools for importing customers from ERP, CRM, or Excel files<\/strong>, as well as improvements to the search engine and several fixes that enhance the user experience. <\/p>\n\n<p>These new features are designed especially for <strong>companies that want to start using BonPool with their existing customer database<\/strong>, avoiding the need to enter information manually.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Import customers from an ERP or CRM<\/h2>\n\n<p>One of the main new features is the new <strong>customer importer from ERP or CRM<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p>You can now upload an <strong>export file generated from your management software<\/strong> to automatically import all your customers to BonPool. Upload the export file and assign the columns to the customer file data. <\/p>\n\n<p>This greatly facilitates migration from:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>ERP systems<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>CRM software<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Customer management applications<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Other similar platforms<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Thanks to this feature, you can <strong>start using BonPool while maintaining your entire customer database<\/strong> from the outset.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Importing customers using a template<\/h2>\n\n<p>We have also added a second option for importing customers: an import template in Excel format.<\/p>\n\n<p>The process is very simple:<\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Download the import template.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fill in the columns with your customers&#8217; details.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Upload the file to BonPool.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The system will automatically import customers.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<p>This option is ideal for companies that already have their customers organised in <strong>spreadsheets or simple databases<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">New customer search engine functionality<\/h2>\n\n<p>We have improved the <strong>customer search<\/strong> engine to make it more useful and faster.<\/p>\n\n<p>From now on:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The search engine displays the last 20 registered customers when opened.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you type in the search box, <strong>all customers matching the text you entered<\/strong> will be displayed from the company&#8217;s total number of customers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>This allows you <strong>to quickly access recent customers or find any customer in seconds<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Improvements and corrections in the application<\/h2>\n\n<p>In addition to the new features, this update includes several internal improvements:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Correction of words in the <strong>application&#8217;s translations<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Minor adjustments to forms<\/strong> to improve their functionality.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Improvements in <strong>security against attacks<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">We continue to improve BonPool<\/h2>\n\n<p>Our goal is to continue improving BonPool so that customer management is faster, simpler, and <strong>more flexible for businesses<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p>If you are not yet using BonPool, it is now easier than ever to get started thanks to the new options for <strong>importing customers from ERP, CRM, or Excel<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>At BonPool, we continue to work on making customer management within the platform easier.
