At BonPool, we continue to work on making customer management within the platform easier. In this new update, we have incorporated new tools for importing customers from ERP, CRM, or Excel files, as well as improvements to the search engine and several fixes that enhance the user experience.
These new features are designed especially for companies that want to start using BonPool with their existing customer database, avoiding the need to enter information manually.
Import customers from an ERP or CRM
One of the main new features is the new customer importer from ERP or CRM.
You can now upload an export file generated from your management software to automatically import all your customers to BonPool. Upload the export file and assign the columns to the customer file data.
This greatly facilitates migration from:
- ERP systems
- CRM software
- Customer management applications
- Other similar platforms
Thanks to this feature, you can start using BonPool while maintaining your entire customer database from the outset.
Importing customers using a template
We have also added a second option for importing customers: an import template in Excel format.
The process is very simple:
- Download the import template.
- Fill in the columns with your customers’ details.
- Upload the file to BonPool.
- The system will automatically import customers.
This option is ideal for companies that already have their customers organised in spreadsheets or simple databases.
New customer search engine functionality
We have improved the customer search engine to make it more useful and faster.
From now on:
- The search engine displays the last 20 registered customers when opened.
- If you type in the search box, all customers matching the text you entered will be displayed from the company’s total number of customers.
This allows you to quickly access recent customers or find any customer in seconds.
Improvements and corrections in the application
In addition to the new features, this update includes several internal improvements:
- Correction of words in the application’s translations.
- Minor adjustments to forms to improve their functionality.
- Improvements in security against attacks.
